SkyFol safety and security films have an extremely strong mounting adhesive, which keeps splinters together in the case of glass breakage. A clear or metallized thick film is the base for safety films. Security films are multi-layered, which means at least two layers are laminated together, the laminating adhesive is even stronger than the mounting adhesive. A scratch resistant coating is applied on the surface, a liner protects the adhesive. UV inhibitors give protection against UV.
